Make your team stand out.

It’s time for something different.

In the ‘new world of work’ what teams need to thrive has changed. People are no longer putting up with toxic work cultures, they care more than ever about work-life balance and people want to see that their value is being leveraged and is aligning with their goals as a human being.

And of course, they don’t want to come into the office.

So how do you engage your team meaningfully, build relationships that can support and work effectively together and achieve the results you’re looking for without burning your team out?

Hey, my

name is Meg, and I’m a Team Synergy Coach.

Having led teams in a remote environment for nearly a decade I understand all too well the challenges that come along with collaborating across roles, departments and even across large networks of stakeholders (in different timezones).

One thing I’ve always noticed is that if we’re not careful, when we move to engage one another online, somewhere along the way we lose the human behind the screen.

Relationships are built across email, instant message and back-to-back virtual calls. And with that, as humans (with human brains) we create stories around the people we work with, we make assumptions, and slowly but surely we begin to disconnect.

We show up to work with less energy, we start to check boxes, and yet it always seems like we’re never doing enough and the To-Do lists keep growing.

This does not create innovation. It does not create joy. It does not create the results you’re looking for to reach your goals or serve your clients.

But the good news is, I can help.

Engaging the Human Behind the Screen.

When I work with teams, I bring my unique skill set as a mindset coach, an applied theatre practitioner, and as an online learning designer to create a space where dialogue can happen and relationships can strengthen.

I am not a one-and-done, rah-rah style Team Builder who never gets below the surface, I create meaningful and unique opportunities for teams to connect and engage in a way that builds trust, opens up new lines of dialogue and most importantly allows them to be seen, heard and valued for who they are and what they bring to the team.

Through my 3-step process, I take teams on a journey that builds self and team resilience, so that they have the skills, trust, and awareness to thrive in a virtual environment.

“We loved our sessions with Megan! She was professional and compassionate while encouraging us to push ourselves slightly out of our comfort zones. We laughed, cried, and developed empathy for each other and our clients. I’d 100% recommend Megan if you are looking to develop stronger bonds among your team, and to improve the effectiveness of your business’ mission!”
