  • 1:1 Stay Interviews

    If you don’t know the exact issues you’re trying to solve for, you’ll waste time and resources solving the wrong things. In the 1:1 Stay Interviews, I speak with each member of your team to uncover exactly what’s working, what’s not, and what they really want in a team culture. Interviews are done anonymously and I report it all back to you in a comprehensive Harvest Report so you have a crystal clear idea of what your team cares about and what opportunities you can leverage in order to build your dream team culture. You’ll stop worrying and wondering about how your team is really doing, and what’s getting in the way of your success, and you’ll have exactly what you need to solve for it.

  • Workshop Series

    Building remote culture takes strong relationships and a lot of intention. In this 6-part workshop series, I guide your team on a journey to build strong connections with one another, ground into their purpose and co-create solutions to the challenges they’re up against so that working in a remote context can feel enjoyable, easy and the most effective way to get the results you’re shooting for. Your team will no longer feel disconnected or struggle to reach out for help, they’ll get to know one another and have the support and space to create the team culture that serves them (and your clients) the best.

  • Mindset Coaching

    Working in a remote context requires a shift in mindset and management style that can sometimes cause unnecessary stress and frustration for the people leading the way. As part of the Team Synergy Program, the leader of the team receives private 1:1 coaching to help you overcome the challenges of leading a team remotely so that you can step into your own confidence as a leader and serve your team with intention and clarity. Coaching sessions will have a profound impact on your experience as a leader, and will in turn have a ripple effect on your whole team, helping you to reach your goals faster and without the stress and burnout.
