Finding Deciding Your
Leadership Style
A GUIDE FOR LEADERS WHO LONG TO FIND AUTHENTICITY IN THEIR LEADERSHIP STYLE
Led by Team Synergy Coach, Meg Nimigon
You missed it!
This challenge is now in progress.
So many of us allow others to dictate who we are and how we show up and lead. We define who we are as leaders by:
~ what others have told us
~ how others have led us
~ what a leadership style quiz informed us
But the truth of the matter is our leadership style is a choice – made by us. It is not preconditioned. It’s not set in stone. And no one else gets to decide it for us.
And when we don’t deliberately DECIDE what kind of leader we want to be, and instead adopt the ‘shoulds’ or the ‘we’ve always been tolds’ then the impact is that we show up with INAUTHENTICITY.
And people can smell inauthenticity a mile away.
They may not be able to put their finger on it, but they know that something about the way you show up, the way you listen, the way you make decisions is coming from a place that doesn’t feel like a firm place they can trust.
As a leader this matters. You may be putting in your all time-wise and energy-wise but people do not follow those they cannot trust.
The good news, is the fix is simple.
The problem is you simply haven’t taken the time to figure out what you’re currently believing about your leadership style, and then you haven’t taken the steps to powerfully decide what kind of leader you want to be.
So that’s the invitation.
Join me, and other leaders like you, to go through a simple process that will leave you with a clear and empowered view on – who you are as a leader.
This will change everything.
🔥 It will change the way you present to your teams.
🔥 It will change the way you make decisions.
🔥 It will change the way you trust yourself to lead in times of change.
And we’ll do it together – 15 minutes a day – for 2 weeks straight.
