Slow it down

If it feels like your team is jumping from one project to the next,

slow it down.

If you’re noticing small issues or frustrations bubble up and then disappear,

slow it down.

If you see people working odd hours, but appearing friendly on meetings,

slow it down.

Sometimes, it can feel like there is no time to stop. There is no time to recalibrate. Like you don’t know where to begin.

But nothing good comes from working in the chaos. And it certainly ends up taking a lot more time to get where you want to go.

So, this week, I challenge you to think of ONE simple way you can help your team slow it down.

Maybe it’s a team call where you simply ask – what do you need?

Maybe it’s taking a moment to breathe and become present together – before diving into the deliverables.

Whatever it might look like for you and your team, what is one way you can slow things down this week?
