What happens in a consult (all the scary details)

Does the word ‘consult’ make you want to run the other way?

Does it make you feel like you need to be all in, and have your ducks in a row?

Does it make you brace yourself for ‘the big sell’ - ready and armoured up to deflect overt and pressure-enducing sales pitches?

I get it, consults kinda make me feel that way too.

That’s why I wanted to send you a quick note to share with you exactly what I mean when I invite you onto a consult call with me.

So that you can feel calm and confident when you hit that book your consult button.

The 3 steps to a consult:

  1. You do the talking & I listen - this is a chance for you to share with me anything and everything that comes to mind when you think about the challenges your team (and you) are struggling with when it comes to building your team culture in a remote environment. This can be a scattered stream-of-consciousness rant, it can be a couple of things that stand out; your job is to unload the swirling thoughts and ideas and get them out of your head, and into the world so we can examine them together.

  2. I ask questions & offer insights - I bring my experience of leading remote teams as well as my work through leading the Team Synergy Program to ask you questions and make observations that will help move you from that place of scattered and not totally sure what to focus on - to a place where the opportunities and next steps feel more clear and actionable.

  3. We assess if the Team Synergy Program is of interest to you based on our discussion, and if it is, I share with you exactly how it works and fill in all the details on your mind about what it looks like and what’s included.

And that’s that.

🙌 At a minimum - you walk away with a WAY clearer understanding of what’s happening at the team level based on the challenges you’re dealing with leading your team remotely. (And we get to hang out and meet each other).

👏 At a maximum - you get ⬆️ all of that ⬆️ plus I get to support you and your team to solve for those challenges through the Team Synergy Program. So that you can stop letting silly remote hiccups and poor team connections get in the way of the joy and freedom that remote work offers you.

And it’s free… So what’s to think about?
